Acceptance of Binding Agreements

By accessing YangtzeDataSystems.digital, you acknowledge that you represent a corporate entity or professional consultancy and have the authority to bind such entity to these terms. Use of our market analytics and digital infrastructure constitutes an agreement to follow the protocols outlined herein.

If you do not agree with any part of these conditions, you must immediately cease usage of our data systems. We reserve the right to restrict access to our secure portals for any entity that fails to maintain compliance with these operational standards.

Proprietary Architecture & IP

Systems Ownership

All software, predictive models, and server-side logic remain the exclusive property of Yangtze Data Systems. Users are granted a revocable, non-exclusive license for viewing reports and interacting with dashboards.

Data Extraction

Automated scraping, reverse engineering of analytic weights, and unauthorized redistribution of proprietary datasets are strictly prohibited without a separate Tier-1 Licensing Agreement.
